Hello all,
I might as well tell you a little about myself first. My real name is Josh and im from the usa. In the short amount of time ive been here ive made a lot of characters, but im finally sticking with my dark elf rogue. She is currently a level 62 abyss walker and her name is Skaeth. This is also my first time playing lineage 2. In general i like to learn, that goes for anything and just happens to also include video games. I want to know everything there is to know about the game. I like to ask a lot of questions (every job ive ever worked at the bosses get annoyed with me for how many questions i ask).
Now id like to tell you how this impacts my play style. I want to experience everything the game has to offer. For example i swam from talking island village all the way to the Adena continent to the town of gludin. I like to run most places i go to mainly because i like to look at the world, i want to see what it has to offer. I find just teleporting from place to place takes away from the overall experience; since they made this huge beautiful world i might as well take my time to travel and admire it.
One thing that i find very disappointing is the lack of people making groups to hunt raid bosses. I want to kill everyone of them that i can. Some people may find this pointless, but i find joy and satisfaction in many pointless things. Ever since ive been level 20 I have shouted trying to form my own group to go hunting, but not a single person has ever replied to me. It seems they are all to focused on leveling as fast and ignoring the vast majority of what the game offers.
Now its not that i dont like pvp (I actually do enjoy it when i can find it) i just also want to experience all the pve too. I want to learn all i can about pvp too. But a lot of people tell me not to bother at my level since it will all change at 85 anyway. Well that's not really my style as you have probably guessed.
I really could go on all day about what i want to do. But the short version of it all is: I want to find a clan that isnt JUST pvp oriented, i want to find a clan that does raids of ALL levels not just end game raids, also clans that dont care if you dont make it to 85 in 3 days after joining. I need a clan that wont be bothered by my relentless questions about the game. Since im playing a dark elf rogue it would also be nice if there is someone in the clan who is an expert on them so i can pick their brain. What i get i return double. I like to help out people meet. When i was making one of my test characters another new player was having trouble finding the next quest. I messaged him and asked what the problem was. It turned out he skipped a quest and couldnt find where to pick up the next part. So i spent the next 30 minutes with him running around trying to figure out where he left off. We finally found it and we ended up leveling all the way to 40 that day by the end of it. It turned out he also didn't know to use his proofs to get the free level 20 equips so we headed back to pick them up. So an overall help full guild (even to non guild mates) would be nice.
As a side note, i hate smack talking and generally being a ****** to other people, so that is THE most importaint thing, being a respectful guild is paramount.
