If you remember a few weeks back one of my clan members had her account hacked but not her husbands.
They restored her account a week later and gave diplomas for gear. Today they banned the account for the actions of RMT during the time her account was hacked.
Seriously? She gets her account hacked and banned for what the hackers do while they have access to her account and are striping it.
Sace seriously what is going on with NCSoft?
I know you will try the we cannot discuss the actions of GM's but its like someone stealing your car and you getting arrested for the things they did with the stolen car.
Also there are botters who openly claim it now on the forums who aren't getting banned because of how much NCCoins they are buying?
Sace I must say many clannies are getting to the last straw with NCSoft. Almost the whole month of January you couldn't log on to Chronus, you change the server time after 7 1/2 years of it being a NA time, hacking was out of control which NCSoft have admitted was their fault, Chronus is ***** with castle sieges on Tuesday, TW all screwed, no wars, clans lost clan halls, and now banning people for what RMT did with a hacked account.
How much more do you except regular players to take and stay with this company?

Sorry to hear this Sly, that is some messed up stuff on the part of Ncsoft.
Very very few people from OB who are still around has kept their accounts 'straight'. If you've ever bought a single dime from RMT companies, your account will be flagged. It's just whether NCSoft ever bothered to ban it in the first place.

Why all the stuff happens to your clan...?It really very annoying to see every week a post from you that smthing happened again...whoa dude if it happens only to your clanies YOU must figure it out not gm's or sace...Its like all the hackers in the world target your clan...Maybe they are annonymus trying to help l2 community from scammers ;)

Gonna just skip passed all the middle stuff... I'll read it after. This DOES happen. and it's incredibly stupid. What happens is this:
GM team 1--In charge of RMT bans and tracking names down
GM team 2-- Customer support
GM team 1 tracks down RMT transactions and puts her name on the list
Gm team 2-- sorts her out from being hacked
Gm team 1-- right lets ban the accounts of these users..
Gm team 2-- Haha.. another problem solved
--The end.
Not once is there any communication between the two teams. However having reported the hacking and what not this SHOULD be absolved with the evidence from the GM support team.
P.S.
The rules the support team follow on this game are pretty crap. everything is convoluted and long winded. and ultimately doesn't leave any satisfaction in the hands of the customers at the end of the day. and that IS a problem.
I was hacked. Luckily the 8 years of playing (NO i did not cheat, but you will say I did anyway) didn't amount to much so when they gave me compensation to the best of their efforts It was not too much of a Hit, although I've yet to make back my total Adena. It still left a bad taste in my mouth, Lineage 2 unfortunately is quite old, I hope future NCsoft titles won't suffer from the archaic structuring of the L2 game and the L2 GM structuring/rules.

Please have your clan member submit a support ticket (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask) right away if they haven't done so already. I will discuss this issue with the team tomorrow, but please make sure you tell them to do that and PM me as well. Thank you!
