You would be better off buying a new graphics card. NCWEST has no control over the coding of the game, so unless Korea actually fixes the problem you will have a whitescreen issue with certain cards. I had the same problem using and ATI X850, so upgraded to a GeForce GT 210. No problems since.
Don't want to start a new thread, but can you please turn off that tutorial message that appears when you log in, I don't need it anymore!!!
It's the little question mark that appears with your mail and if you got stuff in dimenional gatekeeper.
Posting about it on the forums isn't going to get you anywhere.

Servers are online (well Chronos at least). If you played on a private server in the past then you probably altered your host file and need to fix that before you can successfully log in to retail servers.
