Hello is there any danger of us opening and deleting these emails from Russians RMT and delete them? Or we should just ignor them? Also who else have been getting them?
I can't foresee any danger from these, but if uncertain it's always best to ask the GMs to take a look from the system-side. That will also help us learn about their source, so we can work on blocking it. A couple of players have mentioned this issue as of today.

You need players to tell you that a third party is illegally accessing your game's data and sending illegal messages? No bells or whistles went off in your office?
As for not opening them, impossible. The mail box can only hold so much mail, and the only way to delete a mail is to first open them. You are lucky that these offenders are only trying to advertise their illegal products, because they could use this exploit to shut your servers down. A constant stream of mails would cripple a players ability to play, communicate, and trade. Fix this now.

The OP is talking about in-game mails.
If you're worried that opening in-game mails from RMT bots would compromise the safety of your account, stay assured that's not the case.
Sace said that they should be working on this matter after some players reported it.
I've received confirmation that these are just basic RMT spam mails like we've seen some of in the past since we launched Truly Free. We are finding the senders and taking action on them as fast as possible.
Do not be alarmed by the messages, just delete or ignore. I see some posts saying they're not able to delete the mail, which is strange. If that is the case, please contact the support team (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) so the GMs can see what's happening with it. When contacting them, be sure to include the name of the character that has the mail they can't delete in their inbox, and what server the character is on.

There was an exploit in WoW that all it took was for you to open a letter sent to you by any random player, my Son opened one, account cleaned out. I didn't open the mail because of that occurrence, but it seems Sace says they are ok to open and delete
Do you think auto-spam message robot will read your answer? :)
I received this message as well. One of many confirmations that NC is actually banning players instead of bots.
I've been to TI 2 days ago, nothing has changed in low level quest zones.

Then, I hope that's not the case here.
