messing with quest mobs

Hi.
Bartz, 9.00 AM (GMT +2).
I went to do the subclass quest , all went well until Golkonda. This one refused to spawn. So I got tired of waiting and used soe. Guess what !
Golkonda was in Aden killing ppl, nicely buffed with Sahas and receiving major heal from a few ppl - obviously those that brought him to town or his supporters.

I will try to the quest after 24h maybe less ppl on and I get my chance at a simple Golkonda ( unbuffed and not receiving heals and in his room ).

clearly someone has forgotten that bringing raids into town is against the rules... although technically these bosses are now "quest mobs" i'm sure the rules still apply.

i believe the punishment for doing said things is a ban.
but maybe it's just jail time.

man, i miss L2 jail time.
although the only time i was ever there... may or may not have been a dream... it was a long time ago.
