Choosing a healer class

I haven't had contant with this game since like c6 and there have been major changes.
My question is this :
Since all healers end up as the same healer class is there a point in thinking about which one to choose or I should just pick a skin(appearence) that I like and roll with it?
Im strongly considering a bishop but is it a lot harder to level up than for example SE? And is there a point in leveling a little bit harder as bishop if I were to end up with the same class anyway?
I hope those questions aren't too cofusing.. im not a native english speaker and can sometimes write a little messy senteces.
Hope to hear your advice.
Thanks.
In lvling i think all are the same the Bishop has more Heal Power but I prefere doing a EE because they have bests "buffs" and thay can recharge mp :D
Thanks, that helped alot.
Seems really the smartest choice in the long run to just get EE. Since it has more diversity than bishop before 76 and than with the 7 extra skills from other healers the only thing that matters are the racial stats.
Not to mention end game all healers are exacly the same.

Not exactly. I heard something about Bishop being able to keep some skills including Mass Res that has a shorter cool down than the Awakened Res skills. That's all I remember but you can look into it.
Yes, was about telling the same. Keep your normal res and Mass res, they have like 3 times shorter re-use.
Resurrection restores about 70%, mass resurrection 55%. A bit more by the WIT bonus. A normal pvp party has 2 healer in the pt and at lvl 88 or 89 aeore get the mass res also.

Awakened res is 85%, with WIT bonus elf and human has 100%. (I dont know about darkelf) Awakened mass res has 80%, i guess it could be ~95% back.

Im sure nobody wants lose almost half percent XP at lvl 86 or higher lvl.

This is my personal opinion. Im an elf aeore.
you are right snobby, but there is one point.

if you make many mass pvp resses are more worth than how many exp u get back.
less reuse = more ppl are ressed => easier to win pvp.

also the mass ress at 88/89 is only for party...bishop mass ress is for whole clan ;)
Mass Ress its very usefull in a Siege / TW / PVP and with +wit you recover even more % back, but in the next update there is rumors about every awaken lose all 2nd/3th skills.

Other thing is bishop keeps Purify Field, EE keeps Mass Recharge, SE keeps Mass Purify/cure.

BS, SE keeps Mass Recharge as well.
Personally I'd go EE for the 15s UE, +Mcrit and +Mp regen passives and high base WIT.

Then when awakened go Immo Heavy set (+6 instead of twilight +3) right through to 95+, +4/5 Wit, +8/10 Con and either +4 S duals or an Acumen weapon. Use an s80 robe set for oly or s80+immo hvy bp for general use when theres no sonatas.

This... 2 minutes reuse clan rez vs 8 minutes party (until 95 when it becomes clan) rez.
I would take new single rez though, to rez your party for 100%. Technically it is disadvantage, but with 2 healers, iss and your party members having some brezes on them, you can live with it.

Though if they really delete old skills, EE might be better.

Only mass cure poison. Comes in handy with Teredor.
