Hi, I'm really confused about thiis Othell Rogue Mastery:
Superior Dagger Mastery
Lv.1 – Passive Skill
Increases STR+2 and P. Atk.+344 when a dagger is equipped. Also increases Atk. Spd.+25% and Vital Spot Attack Rate.+5% Depending on your STR, may reset your skill reuse timers or double your skill duration.
After a few days of tests (costant mobs killing cheching chat and Skill's Time Counter) I've nticed that after the mastery's proc, I can read on the chat "A skill is ready to be used again but the re-use timer count has increased" so, the Skill Timer DON'T RESET.
Ok it can double the duration time of some skills...but IT NEVER AND NEVER RESET THE SKILL TIMER.

I'm a DE rogue with 118 str.
no way...i m human with 110 str and often i even tripple use many skills..you re with single dagger,right?
