Who is best : Queen Cat or Seraphim Unicorn for party over-buff and for self buffs ?

Thanks !

queen buffs dont stack with sonatas
you cant have queen and cougars out at same time

Actually im sure he's refering to Oly. I use cat queen buff here.
topic says party..
Touché.
In the same party : 1 summoner uses seraphim + others summoners use Reapers AOE ( with -35% reuse time spell).

In the same party : 1 summoner uses queen + other summoners use cougars (with 30% more critical chance and 25% more critical damage).

Queen buffs & Seraphim buffs don't stack with sonatas ?
From my knowledge they stack.

Refreshing Sonata decreases skill re-use time by 10%.

Seraphim buff decreases by 35% reuse time on magic skills !

And none of the sonatas affect critical damage / chance.

queen dont stack with sonatas and u cant summon queen with any other summon so its pointless
No, they dont stack with sonatas.

This is the first thing every summoner tried out. Basic stuff lol
I read the Illuminati thread, and this entire topic is actually explained there, mathimagically!

Go read it again Vampire, it's all there!

If you don't have sonatas they work ?
You mustn't have any sonata in order for them to work then ?
Cat buff gets replaced by all sonatas. That's it.

confirmed
plus there is a waste of a slot if it did work, another DD would be much better.

If you're in a party with an Iss Enchanter and making another summoner use a Seraphim the loss of damage is not made up by the Seraphim Buff. In fact you're factorably gimping your group.

Your idea makes absolutely NO sense, whatsoever.

Reuse is good enough with Iss Enchanter buffs, and you can simply double up on reapers for AoE in that setup.

That Sonata does more than JUST reuse. All the Seraphim can do is simply a Reuse Buff, like one of the old SWS/BD Dances that only did one thing and that was it. It's a bad idea through and through.

I did, and it solved this topic.

You really should read the fine print in that article.

You are in grave danger of remaining a moron while thinking you are a genius.
Smittie,

You are off-topic.

Your sense of self importance is boundless, isnt it.

You behaved like a jerk, and im going to let you look like the fool you are.

25% crit rate and 30% crit damage vs.

"Atk. Spd. by 15%, Casting Spd. by 30% P. Atk. by 8%, M. Atk. by 16%, Atk. Spd. and Casting Spd. by 8% P. Accuracy by 4, P. Evasion by 3, Speed by 20 and decreases skill re-use time by 10%" for all the damage up effects of the sonatas, because those wont stack with the petbuffs

Not only, are the sonatas, in itself, more potent than the petbuff. Because you forced one of the summoners to not deal damage you will deal 65% damage (math below, for those that care) of the 2 summoners just running around unbuffed. In every single case, where you have 2 summoners, vampire will deal less damage. And not by a small margin either. At any rate, you are a fool, and i hope that actually noone was stupid enough to follow your advice. (even in a full group setup, due to most damage done by skills nowadays, heaving one summoner of 2 use a buffingpet will heavily nerf your overall damage, NEVER ever ever follow this advice, get a iss box and be done with it)

math to back my crap up: double damage * 1,30 at 50% max chance = 30% bonus damage, multiplication rules dictate that other buffs wont change that, versus the sonatas: 1*1,15*1,08*1,08 = 34,13% bonus damage, just counting meele relevant buffs, and leaving out reuse for simplicity. Realize that those calculations are actually heavily favoring the cat queen buff, they suggest you wont use nukes, or skills for the matter AT ALL, and that you sit at 500 critrate all the time, not like i care.
But the cat gives 25% more critical damage and 30% more critical rate !
Don't care what it gives. The trade-offs aren't worth keeping that buff.

Sonatas overwrite all those for a reason. NCSoft intended to completely wipe them out in post-Awakening group setups, and they were successful.

Factor in what you're losing keeping Feline Queen out:

1. Sonatas for everyone in the group - Grouping is also about efficiency and uptime not just counting buff damage/stat percentages.

2. 3+ Full-Buffed Reapers/Cougars DD'ing from the Second Summoner

Terrible idea.

Would probably make more sense for a Pre-Awakened group, since the buff stacks with BD/SWS at those levels and Summoner Damage isn't as competitive. At those levels, losing a King the Cat for the Crit/Crit Dmg buff can be justified. Post Awakening it's just plain tarded.

25% extra critical damage & 30% critical rate without sonatas for a dagger/archer party could work.

VS

+26% Atk. Spd. & +8% power attack & all the negative berserk debuffs from sonatas.
Calm down brah, no need to spam my private messages with profanity.

You had a bad idea for summoner, chalk it up as a loss and deal with it.

Dont go nuts for nothing.

Did you actually reread that link though, it has the answers to everything in universe, or so some claim.

And who makes daggers and archer parties...

Having cat queen buff means the party is loosing AOE slow debuff from panters and aditional crit dmg...not counting that the summoner gets screwed his pet is constantly killed in 2hits.

A party with varied classes with sonatas easily wipes a party based on daggers and archers with cat buff.

The party with cat buff will have less HP and will run out of mp faster. The healer and tank will walk slower so it's easy to get to the healer. The HP loss of the entire party doesn't justify the 11% aditional M def. If this party is made of physical DDs it means the enemy party has no drawbacks in using daring sonata ( cause there's no magic to defend against) so they have more HP than you.

The enemy party has less re-use on skills so it's easier to disable your -already- slowed and low HP healer.(btw healers with low HP means it's easy to burst damage on them)

And enemies can reflect dmg done to them and drain from you...while you can't.

I wonder if he knows that the rules for posting also apply to private messages...?

Idea was terrible, get over it.
I'm getting a deja vu from this lol.
