Mortal blow skill damage not influenced by SS

Mortal blow skill damage is not influenced by SS ... (soul-shots)

Is this normal ?

Proof ?

Use ss + use mortal blow = do damage around 400 damage at low levels
Do not use SS + use Mortal blow = the same around 400 damage at low levels.

SS does not influence Motal blow like it influences other fighter skills. (2x damage for skills)

Words are not proof.
Show screenshots with system/damage log so we can see that SS really got activated, and that you are not trying to use no-grade ss on a D-grade weapon, for example.

More seriously, why should I waste time trying something I don't care ? If there is really a bug, do a ticket on the NCSOft support site. And guess what ? They will ask you some proof, a screenshot may help ?

Since when did SS DOUBLE melee skill damage? i thought it was a Percent raise not a flat out double damage? at least when it first came out that is what it was.

Mortal blow is a skill learned by every human/dark elf/elf fighter at lvl 5.

You are correct. None of the dagger skills damage output is influenced by soulshots. This is a known fact in GoD ,no need to post pics or any other crap here. Awakened Othell rogues also suffer from this issue. It will get fixed with Tauti.
