Wynn Summoner, INT or WITT?

the wynn summoner has 2 nukes, and they use to matack reaper (pvp summon) my question is

INT is better? (Darkelf summoner) because we have 2 nukes, and trespass
matack to the summons, not to mention the racial ability of the magical crit damage Darkelf (and ud racial of 5 sec)

WITT is better? (elf summoner) by WITT that we have better casting speed and increased magic critical probability (eva 15 sec .. not evade anything)

1.to make a critic with the skill "mark retriever", the Darkelf racial ability to increase magic critical damage works here?

2.is much difference of magic critical probability between elves and dark elf with iss buff?

3.INT affects in the marks of the Summoner? (landrate)

Mark retriever works like a regular nuking being based on M.attk so the dark elves critical damage will affect it.

There is a noticeable gap between magic critical rate between dark elves and light elves especially if the elf has +WIT dyes. All the marks and exiles can critical dealing immediate damage despite if it lands or not.

So when choosing think about how the dyes will affect your build and not so muchbabout the summons as even increasing INT doesn't increase reaper damage with magic too much.
