How ''they'' let them do this , its so ironic and its all ****** off when they done this. All the high lvls (wizard especially) on toi are doing the weakness and you are dead from the mobs. They are doing this all the time and you lose exp again and again.. how can you exp like this?

Go where they ain't? Call higher level friends? Settle it in game like people have done for almost 8 years.

They are doing this all the time, at toi/hot/woa every time i get a lot mobs on me they are doing this skill. I learned it the hard way this is a pvp game, its not D2, WOW, RS or the most wanted - never release D3, so m8, just suck it up, lvl asap you can and get to the 85+ areas

Elrohir is right....this is not a game where the GM's hold your hand all the way through. PK'ers have been in this game from the start, we have all had to deal with them. If you can't handle it maybe you should move on to a different game.
throw out the book they provided you with for better exp areas...go discover new zones... so many of them... jee plus on your lvl why you complaining? u lost what? 4% 16% overall? 1 daily quest gives you almost 20% so suck it up or quit... will be better off without u
I wouldnt say best pvp game , I find it about equal to wow now ever since they allowed clan war's . L2 became soft
pvp was a lot more fun when players were down enough to go red on others at high lvls risking a lot. I remember people would camp my log off spot for a week or two

You're best bet either avoid them by going else where, or if you're questing and it's a must be there just msg them

Let me fix that:
I learned the hard way this is a PvP game in which most kids lack attention and feel great if they can annoy someone. An awakened char debuffing lowbies is just a kid whose mom doesn't love him or lacks friends.
PVP is about players around the same lvl (+/- 10 I'd say tops) and the pleasure of actually PVP'ing.
Can any lvl 85+ character debuffing lvl 60 ppl explain what the fun on it is? Even when I had war with pl if he was too low lvl I would just tell him to lvl up and **** there. It's just boring to 1 shot an elpy. But some ppl do that just to say "I hit that mob for 50k man! I rock!". Same goes for PVP, some ppl think their private parts get bigger with their PVP count.
It's a game and mostly it has kids, don't expect much more from players. Luckily they can say "hello" and not drool.
An awakened char debuffing lowbies is just a kid whose mom doesn't love him or lacks friends.
But, but, debuffing lowbie bots (and not so lowbie, but whatever) is a good deed! :(
And again the GM isn't going to hold your hand on the playground because the big kids are picking on you. Fight back or go someplace else. You can petition all friggen year and the response will be the same "It is a PVP issue". If you can't gather help then you have two choices,fight back or leave.

The OP would be flipping out back in the day when ALL deaths meant 10% XP loss and the chance of armor/weapon to drop too

However .... the game has been changed to add levels and make it easier for people to get levels quickly.
Adding to this the game now has a goal for you to be highest PVP/Pk'r (Statue recognition) which seems to be working against the changes they made to help newbies level quickly.
Wars aside, NCSoft should penalise a PK on a toon that is under lvl 40 (2nd class change). Under 40 toons should not be able to PVP/PK. The system is now designed to get the toon up to lvl 40 asap. If a higher toon hits an under lvl 40 toon Perhaps it should also bring about a debuff that is similar to raid boss curse when you hit it and are too high a level. Under 40 PVP/PK should not add to PVP/PK count for statue calculation.
At least this way you can get to 2nd class change without too much trouble.

Like I said, it's easy to make friends so you can ask for help or join a clan
that or just ask the pk camper to just stop, they usually do

LISTEN, there are plenty of other MMO's out there with strict PVP rules/Servers/Areas/Arenas/BattleZones.
LINEAGE 2 IS OPEN WORLD PVP with its own PK SYSTEM
thats how the game started, is, and will continue to be.
it was even harder back in the day because if you got mob trained/where red you would drop a piece of your gear(which was infinitely harder to obtain, u actually had to craft em). and REDS could easily trade a clan member all their gear and just run into town a billion times getting owned by guards to work it off without the risk of losing anything.
they've already made it more difficult to work Chaotic status off with the introduction of their new system AND give players under 40 the Blessing of Protection buff as previously stated.
If you don 't like it go play something else, but for the love of god no more ******* PK threads.
The biggest cause of this problem is the fact that Ncsoft closed down a lot of the possible leveling areas. As it stands now TOI is about the only place worth leveling at certain level ranges.

I honestly don't know where to go because the game has changed so much since I last played. The places I used to level at are now 10 or more levels higher now. That's why I cannot provide much in the way of help for the OP. Seeing as how "godly" you are I was hoping you could provide some real help for us lesser informed creatures.
