Get onto my ISS and I see that now you can't take knights, and put up the two rhythms :(. Oh well good while it lasted lol. Same as healers keeping light I guess haha.
Yea it's patched. I asked them about this a month ago and they told me there was no news of a fix. Rerolled because It was necessary in Oly to compete with those that kept them, now I find this ninja patch. I feel ****** that they couldn't have informed me when I asked. I'm not upset they patched it, just that they sat on the info even when ppl asked. Think it's time to cash out and play something else.
Yeah, NCsoft actually being Johnny-on-the-spot about these keeping 3rd class skill problems. I figured it'd be so long rolling another 9x enchanter would be by far worth waiting for them to fix it.
I think it is that someone keeps the rhythms are just his choice. If rhythms replace Wizard Harmony, why u can't use them with Warrior or Knight harmony?? because what? Previously, you had a choice. Or u take Wizard harmony and u have less m def and cd, but some more m attack, and no1 shout to u about "GIVE ME WIZARD" "ISS? U RE SOME ******? GIVE ME WIZARD!". Or u don't take and have better chance on pvp or pve.

NC just fixed a bug, like they did with light mastery on healers. However, i agree, that they shoud've posted info prior to the fix, like they've done it with light mastery
your account and everything, what it contains, be it a lvl 1 or 99 toon with bllions of adena, is the proporty of NCSoft - you've agreed to it by creating an account

Na, what you were saying was that 4th class skills were always better, and people clearly proved you wrong with screen shots. This isn't about forcing 4th class skills, I don't take issue with that, it's about them saying nothing was planned and then dropping this on us out of the blue.

It's called a contract of adhesion, and just because they write it doesn't mean it holds up in a dispute. For the most part they get wide latitude, but I'm willing to bet that as more companies move to the cash shop format they will have some of that latitude restricted. Not that they won't be able to alter the game mechanics, but I do think that eventually someone will challenge them based upon some action involving their NCCoin (or some other company's equivalent).

BD sub to SWS sub to dual class = 2 subclass certificates.

I dunno, but I dont think you can delete them, so might as well use em right?
That won't work, cause you can't use 1 class change certificate to go from BD to SWS. You'd have to switch to something that isn't a dancer first before you can go to SWS, and that requires two certs.
If you have two then of course you can waste one to make such a change, but I'm not sure I'd do that just for Warding. They will undoubtedly get to it sooner or later.
Rather save those to level up WC subs and class change them to whatever I want once it gets to high level, especially if you plan on dual classing something.

Toon is tank main, had BD sub.
1st certificate changed bd to moonlight sentinel.
2nd certificate changed moonlight sentinel to sws.
2 certificates used, and then dual classed.

He's just butthurt because he can't sell another iss with rhythms and harmonys to someone who may have wanted it so he comes here QQing about it as if it would make him feel any better.
So after the light armor mastery another pre-awakened skill got "fixed" for awakened chars. I do wonder why they do not simply take all your skills at 85, since
- most 3rd class skills are clearly inferior to 4th class skills anyway
- and those that aren't inferior get fixed as soon as enough people realize that and keep them
It makes no sense to give players a choice to keep the old skills, yet take away any advantage that the keeping of old skills might offer. There's a few more of these advantageous skills left, but I bet as soon as keeping them over the new ones becomes common they will get fixed, too. SWS songs will likely be next after enough people reroll their now useless BD-ISS to SWS-ISS.
So again, why even bother giving your playerbase a choice (that they can't revert should they find the new skills worse than the old ones) and then force them to abandon that choice, instead of simply having everyone start fresh at 85?
