There are potions for that. They use to be sold in the Priest of Dawn and Priestess of Dusk shops I do believe the priest of dawn will show up where the mammon is now (Both blacksmith and marketter) just keep a look out for em' usually they hide in towns! Could shout around maybe someone has a few extras or knows where the mammon is spawned at the time. I do believe they are called Face Lift potions somthing close to that.

Well, this is a serious issue. Supporting transexual characters must be a high priority to ensure justice, sexual rights and freedom in the Aden Continent. Noone can be really blamed if the character you created as a she/he, results to be a he/she on the inside.
We should ask the GMs to support gay marriage. I would marry a dark elf. :p
