so the question is buster + sigil or retributer? i see most of nukers rolling with retributer....is this just a trend or? cuz price of retributer its double then buster
MP Regen is useless these days outside of long sustained battles (Epic Fights, Maybe Seiges for some classes like Healers) so if the M.Atk difference of Retributer > Sigil + Buster then Retributer > Buster. Maybe they did the math, and came to a logical conclusion?
If 2Hand Staves didn't look so horrendous on characters when held I'd probably use one too :P

indeed, apo retributer is horrible, it looks like a cheap c grade weapon
Only difference was +0 APO Buster/sigil combo had LESS m.atk than +0 APO retributer. All stats stayed the same.
@ +4 Retributer is Crit Damage, Buster is crit chance.
Crit rate seems high enough without crit chance so crit damage might be more useful as with all things lineage 2 he higher crit chance the less you actually crit because the game is masochistic.
Things I have noticed,
good pvp Wizards seem to be ok with Sigil/Buster. My PvP damage is suffering at level 86, in other words it seems like I am doing NOTHING to anyone. On an unrelated note I hate playing wizard(Soul Hound convert)
Yes, at 4M a piece that's 200M+ for Wind Crystals which can buy a standard Apoc Retributer and then some.
Problem is anything you invest into an Event weapon is wasted cause you can't resell even at a loss to recoup any of the adena you put into it. You can XP just fine with a clean +3 Apoc Retributer/Acumen and in PvP the 300 Ele isn't that uber against decent opponents since they'll have like 240+ Wind Resist +Buffs/Passives/CLan Skills negating pretty much all your attribute bonus, making the Apoc superior in the end - unless you gank people wearing event gear in Swamplands all day, that is.
I tried my weapon with accu I had prior to awakening and found I did not get more casts as I had to wait for the skill to reset. I like the extra m.atk and I get the same # of spell casts. I plan to increase casting speed with tats and buffs and work on m.atk with weapon. Just not sure what attribute to apply?

Since Gracia, skill reset doesn't depend on casting/attack speed anymore.

Correct, but Nukers aren't balanced to spam the same skill. While one is refreshing you use another one.
Additionally, you can avoid interrupts by casting some longer-casting skills fasters - for example Hell Binding, Elemental Destruction, and your AoE nukes.
All that very true and I would never advise against Accu for a spell caster, I spent my entire game play prior to awakening on accu accu accu!!! I already cast faster and I love hitting at 3k+ and seeing my M.Atk at almost 7K. With all the buffs and juices and milks etc. casting speed is not the issue any more. I like B!#$ch slapping the mobs. That's just me. I am still playing in a lot of areas <85 as I am trying to help some clanies awaken, I may think differently as I start to play more in the higher zones. Personally, my play style is glass cannon.
It's from Dragon Ball (captain obvious). Vegeta is calculating Goku's combat ability and he's surprised to discover how much it's increased, compared to their previous encounter.
