I guess that maybe some or lots of ppl already figured out how to make easily IMO solo Kartia(85) but for the ones that still fails and can't make it I would suggest one very simple tactic. Tested and worked 100% :D
You really even do not need to hit a single mob and you will finish the quest with no probs at all.
1. First part of the quest:
a) Simply kite around the NPCs(Healer, if you aren't ofc) and just let them get the aggro first 6 stages.
b) At stage 7 just do the same while trying to stay as close as possible to the Healer and pump some HP pots if needed. Tho I am pretty sure it won't be even needed to use the HP pots. Tested it without them and it's working just fine.
2. Middle Room:
- just kite again the mobs around the NPCs group letting them get the aggro and kill the mobs. Simple as that.
3. Second part of the quest and battle with the final boss:
a) Well, for the 3rd time and once again you just simply kite the mobs around the NPCs group while they're doing the killing. That's for the first 6 stages.
b) Now the final 7 stage and the final boss battle tactic. That dude hits pretty hard I guess you always figured that out so here is what we will do about that. The hall is pretty big so this is what I am doing and suggesting to do. Summon your horse and simply ride him across the hall while avoiding the mobs. When the boss start to run towards you and try to hit you, you can just use Fast Run with your horsie and he will try to catch you but won't be able to do that. At the worse scenario he can hit you just once before the NPCs group gets back the aggro on him. I am pretty sure that every awakened char even the weaker one wearing S grade can survive a single hit from the boss.
c) If you like riding your horsie you can just summon and ride it from the 1st stage of that 2nd part of the quest, no big deal :p
