Vesper set issue

I have been searching the forum, couldn't find anything about it, maybe there's nothing or I don't know how to search..

Here is the ss:

My problem is I can't equip a cloack, the set is complete, all unsealed and so..
Anyone else have the same problem, can it be fixed?

Has to be vesper noble set if you want to use a cloak with it.

You need vesper noble to equip cloak
