If ur with Tyrr , its easy ...specialy if u ware Duelist and have the sonic barrier skill. Just use it when he uses his UD (one of them). And try to avoid him while he's on UD (and ur not with sonic barrer). The other important thing is to use the maximum of the berserker rage skill.
Oh allmost forgot, if ur ex dreadnought (as me) u have battle roar skill lv.6, (It's quite useful for Oly). When u get below 60% , get ur b.rage on (be sure the tank is not on UD then :D ), when u drop below 30% , remove the pipe melody (what's that the melody for max cp/hp/mp ?) and use battle roar (ur mana and CP are low anyway, u dont need more max CP/MP at the moment), this will give u back 35% of the HP (and get u extra 35% max HP).Again when u drop to critical HP lvl (around 10-15% for sigels) use Revive and get ur HP full. By that time most Knights start to panic, start using the last UD's they have and die xD.
I guess others will give adv. for ways to kill 'em with different classes. :)

Well, it depends on circumstances. Olympiad or open pvp, solo or party, levels, etc.
Basically, on low lvls you can use Lion, it helps much, because of his stun (lands really well). Then just try to use brain* and don't have great expectations, tanks are not "killing machine" like pre-GoD, or private server. Their task now is really tanking, nothing more, nothing less.
*Use different auras based on situation (I use Rage Aura against close ranged chars, Iron Aura on archers, Resistance Aura against nukers,...).
