Ha ha ha, this really isn't your private server, when you QQ about being killed. Actually, I played on few private servers and only ONE had this silly rule about not killing around base villages.
Ever heard about the "Blessing of protection" from the newbie helper ?
If you get that buff people who are more than 9 lvl higher than you, wont be able to kill you.
So funny to see people spam SS and Bsps.....after 5 sec they go: WTF...haha :)
And PS: It su.... to be killed. But its part of the game. Accept it !
