So there is a "6" on the picture of the vitality cake in this pack. Does this mean you actually get 6 cakes or that the cake can be used 6 times?

The Cake was introduced in the 6th year of the game. Hence, the 6 on the cake.

Advantages of the cake might be that it doesn't count in the 7 vita items limit, and it's for the whole pt

The cake image has always looked like it's got a 6 on it.

It's not misleading at all. If you will notice the other items in the pack have a quantity listed if it's more than 1.

i think he just wanted show us he dont have adena for r99 unbind, his shirt is so pr0 (when r95 shirt have more pdef, ah he dont have badges), he dont have adena for LGCM and he is not hero.
