This is a friendly reminder to let you know that there are some minor changes coming to the L2 Store and L2 Galleria next week, when our two two-week promotions coming to an end.
Power Shirt Unavailable on April 4:
The Heavenly Pack ceases to be available in the L2 Galleria and L2 Store on April 4, 2012. Along with it, the Power Shirt Blessed Enchant Scroll (L2 Store and L2 Galleria) and the Power Shirt Enchant Scroll (purchased in-game from NPC) will cease to be available for purchase.
If you would like to continue to try your luck at obtaining a well-enchanted Power Shirt, be sure to purchase the Heavenly Pack and all the enchant scrolls you wish before the server maintenance of April 4, 2012 begins!
For your information, and as this item has been somewhat controversial among differing player opinions as of late, know that since the Power Shirt and its enchant scrolls became available for purchase on March 21, 2012, the maximum enchantment level reached by players on our servers so far is +8. Also, there are only two Power Shirt +8 items in existence across all our servers!
PC Points Unavailable on April 4:
The free daily PC Point Coupons in the L2 Galleria cease to be available with the server and website maintenance of April 4, 2012. Be sure to collect your daily amounts of PC Points before that date!
Know that each daily PC Point coupon is available for a 27 hour period surrounding its designated date. For example, the March 28 PC Point coupon is available from 7am PDT on March 28 to 7am EDT on March 29. A PC Point coupon cannot be claimed outside of its availability time frame; when unavailable, the Purchase button is grayed out.
Don’t fret if you've missed some free PC Points, though, for the PC Point Lottery is currently available from March 28 to April 4, 2012! The PC Lottery is a part of the Player Commendation System that allows players to get a free lottery ticket every day from the Adventure Guildsman NPC in-game. When you use your lottery ticket, you will instantly win a 100, 1,000, 2,000, 10,000, or 100,000 PC Point voucher! Give the voucher to the Adventure Guildsman to redeem your PC Points as currency. If the amount of PC Points in your winning ticket will make your PC Point currency go over 200,000 (the maximum), you cannot redeem it. You can find out if you've won right away by clicking the ticket in your inventory; you must use your lottery tickets within 30 days.
Let me get this straight. The company first admits that the shirts are controversial, but then goes onto admit that no one has been able to reach +9, despite +10 being the max.
That in itself is controversial... to advertise a prospective item that not a single person in the entire game was able to achieve...
So since you started such a nice statistic.
Tell us how many +5, +6, +7, +8, and maybe higher shirts are on the servers all together and how many blessed scrolls and shirts got purchased.
AND reply why this item was in the shop since it is NOT available to get in the game.
Tell us why you sell items that destroy the game balance, since before the launch of the l2 store we got told that items that break the game balance will NOT be sold !
Do you know that even the top l2store users are ****** already and leave cos they have to pay each month a horrible price to compete against other top players?

At least for Naia i saw people showing on Hero chat the shirt +10.
Maybe NCSOFT calculated wrong? DOn't know what's the reason behind this...
But on Naia people are showing on Hero Chat the
Shirt+10....
NCSOFT,
... Truly...

I got to admit Martelx trolling was pretty convincing , knowing who he is , but no he doesnt have a +10 shirt nor did he ever showed one.
/Trolled
Enjoy!
I didn't think there existed a +10 Power Shirt either, but earlier in Aden some random Joe (didn't catch the clan) linked it in the main chat. Didn't get a screenshot because Fraps farked up on me.

Even so, this will not make me play again, even if its just 1 player with a +6 shirt in all the servers. Its kinda obvious what's your future plans in this p2w model. and Deleting my posts will not prevent me to post the truth and fact again and again.
Note : I can buy the Shirt and I already spend money in this model, but just because I can doesn't means its fair. Made 4 shirts +5 x3 , all failed to +6 :) so beside unfair its truly obvious its made it to be almost impossible to reach high enchant unless you spend alot of money.
Tons of money
I stopped at +5. I haven't decided if I'm going to do it for any other toons, however.

I think +5 on at least one toon will be pretty common among the pre-f2p players.

Most likely; getting to +6 seems sketchy at the moment. Failed to get there after using 1600 coins on my alt. Some of my friends have used over 7000 with none getting to +6 =x
Luckily my main has one at +7 after blowing through 2000 coins. I don't plan on pushing my luck any more than that.

Dont do it :P
Nobody cares if you quit, you already spent money, thanks for supporting the game
After spending $60 (4800 NCoin) on 60 Blessed PS enchants for two shirts, I ended up with both at +5. The max I achieved was +6.
Originally, figuring an approximate 12.5% chance (.66^5), I figured I'd buy around 20-30 BPSES to get +8, my original goal. I bought them in increments of 10. Once I spent through 20-30, I lowered my goal to +7. Pff...
By the time I went through 40, I was just trying to get back the +6 I had... So I bought 5, then 5 more, and settled for +5's on each. The next day, I spent 10 more on one shirt, and it never got above +5. I have one BPSES left, and I don't know if I want to risk having to spend more NCoin if it fails...
Bottom line - If the enchant rate is not .66 probability, it should be announced as such. I doubt I'm the only one with this sentiment. And if it really is a 66% chance... then I'm extremely unlucky...

I guess you didn't read what Sace posted in the first post of this thread :(

It's not, since at least C5 (which was 5+ years ago), when +6 armor set bonuses came into effect.
Now i'm have two +3 Power Shirts on my 2 chars and purchase limit for NCoins. Wanted +6 but max I achieved was +5.
Petition NCsoft to temporarily raise your limit. Do it ASAP.
