For real. I just spend countless hours downloading this game, it was just stuck on 99% and there was no more MB's for download, it says "Installing.." and it was like that for 3 hours, so I shut it down to see if it's just a little bug in the launcher, but guess what. I have to download everything over. Sort out your launcher, for real. This is really messed up, especially for such a big company this can just NOT happen.
/rage end.
Not sure how is it that people have such dumb issues updating or installing, I've installed the game a few times this week dealing with a dying HDD, never did it do anything like stop at 99% or take forever.

Depends on the config you have on your PC. That issue is an issue with pando media crapster which can be cos u had it installed before l2 or bcos of a failed installation/uninstall.
Not much a dumb issue but dumb installer that doesn't check settings before the install é.é
