Problem with dimensional item

I have a problem with dimensional item receiving, i reached 55 lvl, went to gamesite and claimed my dimensional items, and when i went to Dimensional merchant I clicked "retrieve a dimensional item" , then I get the list , i clicked on the one of the items , and then receive, but it didn't work.. and i can't receive those items.:confused:

make sure you have enough free slots in inventory..about 20 will be enough.

The limit is 63/80 items in inventory, and less than 80% of weight.
