I am Feoh Wizard (Human) and I dont know, which SA is the best? Empower or Acumen? And is better two handed wepon with more m atk or one handed with sigil?
Acumen is first's choice at your lvls.Since mobs hit hard,better be able kill them fast than do some more dmg but be slower.Assuming you xp on solo nuker spots, do nurcery instance and join regular partys.There is apocal blessed weap that takes 2 sa together-acum and emp-but is rare to find and cost a lot,3-4 pvp players got them in every server.
For 1 handed or 2handed weap,its depended again by the way you xp.2handed will add around 5% more matack to you than 1handed+sigil,but you will loose the good mana recovery bonus.If you are darkelf and use 2handed,your mana will go fast down on places like harnak.If you xp on herbs areas/have healer to recharge you,you can go 2handed.

+0 APO Buster w/ Sigil vs +0 APO Retributer
Only difference was +0 APO Buster/sigil combo had LESS m.atk than +0 APO retributer. All stats stayed the same.
@ +4 Retributer is Crit Damage, Buster is crit chance.
Crit rate seems high enough without crit chance so crit damage might be more useful as with all things lineage 2 he higher crit chance the less you actually crit because the game is masochistic.
Things I have noticed,
good pvp Wizards seem to be ok with Sigil/Buster.
Mp consumation bonus cant been seen on stats,you see it in your toon as you pve.A nuker inside nuker's party at harnak with 2 handed and 1 healer in party,-if he's darkelf and uses emp.echo-,will face mana problems.If 2 healers in party then no mana problem at all.Also,oe his passives for m.reg will help.
