hi i Was wondering why dont you guys add A hero Healer Or fighter to support the Players Who wants to play solo in the game

Because the game isn't meant to be played solo all of the time.

what? i see plenty of groups where there is 3-5 guys standing (supporting with buffs or something ) and one guy doing all the work.

They're boxed toons, not NPCs like Guild Wars ones. Otherwise, they would do their part of the work instead of standing doing nothing.
