Why do mentor receive penalty when ending a contract and mentee does not?
This should be fix cause nowadays its so easy to get a mentor than every time that a mentee doesn´t find his mentor on, he ends the contract and gets another one. The mentee doesn´t get penalty but the mentor does. It happened to me a couple of times and to some friends of mine too. And when saying that the mentor is not on i mean a couple of hours logged out, not a few days.
That`s why i think the mentees should get penalty too, equality for both sides of the contract, so they don`t waste your time.
other than that, I would say only mentor clan members,
& the clan leaders need to let the mentees know if they drop
mentor without a very good reason, they get kicked from clan.

When a Mentee drops a Mentor a big red capital A appears and hovers over the head of the Mentee for 7 days. If the Mentee drops another Mentor before the 7 days the letter gets bigger and brighter. For each additional Mentor a Mentee drops the letter continues to grow and get brighter. Once you get this scarlet letter (yes I think it is appropriate for the situation lol) you must reach 86 before it can be removed.
