Should the Power Shirt be tradeable within the Account?

This vote is to ask about other players opinions with the hope NCWest will listen.
[At all i think every item (except Bound ones) should be tradeable within your own 7 chars]

I don't have this shirt, but i hate it to have items bound to 1 char only.
So pls change this and also Hat's and so on.

Didn't this got demanded in the magically vanished old "Power Shirt" topic already? :D
Anyway, i would love to see this. My alt needs more move speed too ;)
