Empowering Echo//Arcane Power get forced out of the DE arsenal in the Tauti update along with all of the pre-awakened skills. AKA, Tauti forces classes to awaken all their skills. I heard a rumor. I want to know if it's true?!?!?
I was trying to serach for any translated patch ntes, but found nothing regarding skills. I suggest you not to trust rummors. People trusted some unoficial information about certain classes, and skills (such as Racial skills to be choosable only 1 per character ;D), and it turned out that they are all auto-learned. If this will be confirmed - then you can think of this, for now I suggest you to quit thinking of such possibilities as it is only a rummor.

Wrong, upon Glory Days (update after Tauti) you still have to learn new skills by forgeting old skills
Sooner or later they will change it to make all old skills be replaced by awaken ones when changing class imo, honestly echo isnt even that great,AP is nice i give you that.
