Harp melody says it increases your p accuracy by 5, p and m evasion by 5 and speed by 34.
I have noticed that when i buff myself my m evasion does not change. Is this a bug or have i just maxed out my m evasion (which is 196)?

you got any other buffs?
Completely unbuffed m evasion is 196, with only harp melody still 196.

Does the healer have an equivalent buff? If so, can anyone test that one as well... I hadn't bothered to look maybe i'll log in an aeore and check.

Neither Harp melody or the Saha buff have given m.evasion since GoD came out. I'm surprised no one picked this up earlier, I noticed months ago.

The mechanics were different before GoD. Nukes didn't get evaded, they failed or got resisted and it didn't work the same. Now that the mechanics have change, the buff should give the stat that it says it gives.
Seems like a pretty simple concept to me...

I never evaded magic on pvp since god so i never took that stat seriously.

I have, so I take it seriously. A higher chance to evade a 10k M.Crit is important, nevermind even MOBs nuke for incredible damage these days.
If you don't take it seriously, then exit thread since there's nothing here for you to see.

AFAIK it's an open forum, and it's a bug and i confirmed it wasn't working so i don't see the problem of me replying.
Deal with it, as you are nobody here to tell me what i should or not do.
