A little tip for people with major lag after updates, close/block the pando media booster virus NC bundle with L2 (pmb.exe).
On Windows open task manager with ctrl+shift+esc and select the processes tab. Right click on pmb.exe and select 'end process tree'.
I've had to do this every maintainance on my laptop and it instantly clears any lag on both my main pc and laptop. I managed to delete it completely on my main pc, but haven't done on the laptop yet.

Old news but hope it helps some people.
Pro tip: open Control panel, select Pando Media Booster, uncheck "Start Pando with Windows".
Problem solved, you'll need to manually shut down it only on Wednesdays after updates.
