No one really crafts until 85 now. There's no reason to make anything before then if you're using the Path to Awakening for free gear,pots,jewels and shots. Most of the low grade mats people don't save anymore they dump them at the Aden reconstruction NPC or sell them to the shop NPC.

I dont think you understood what nic0 meant, he is talking about R grade Craft a.k.a Twilight stuffs and so on .. Because before Harmony patch the amount of mats was crazy cheap man and now it s just madness. Nic0 is true no one craft TW anymore except people who made profits with TW craft BEFORE harmony patch a.k.a all the big clans of servers....
So stop with your patronizing dude..
On top of that, NCsoft allowed a FREE server transfer from older server to newer servers. It injected billions of billions and once again yeah all the big clan can craft TW even with the amount of mats needed of post Harmony patch and all the players who wanted a fresh server with a fresh start have been messed real deep...
My friend don't worry, instead of playing a broken game look out cause here comes D3, Tera and GW2.

Plenty of finger dipping and you won't worry about gameguard, you wont worry about xp L2 goods. Most importantly you wont worry about developers tossing your requests in the bin.
I'm getting sick of this game just the same repetitive crap over and over. The graphics are awesome but the choice to do things in game is very limited compared to other games. VERY.
This, should be soon that Tauti will be released here.. more new open xp areas for 85+ chars, in particular for 90+ as Executioners Ground will be revamped to for 90-95 xp..
I often agree with all of you, guys, about crafting must be dificult and with lots of meaning of 'hard work', but answer us: do you really feel a fairplay when, before Harmony Update crafting R grade (tw and on) were too easy/manageable and now you have to throw yours eyes on the table trying it? really?

Well when ppl took advantage of the low crafts requirements..it's no surprise they come say deal with it to the ones who didn't have the chance to take advantage of it...you'll find lots of hypocrits.
got to clarify here that ppl who were used to the old craft system aka pre GoD/F2P are familiar with the current "new/Harmony" one so for them this is just same old..
I recall crafting the first S grade weapons & armor which then cost more then todays TW gear when put in perspective and the time spent in IT/Varka/Silanos with their matching quests to obtain the recs was way more brutal then the Harmony stuff.
Fact is in Tauti it will stay as it is now and to be able to craft "Blessed" gear (yes there will be blessed recs with 60% success rate) those item requirements are 5x worse then the "normal" crafts.
Also in Glory Days update this will not change so either u accept the way things are or leave as NCWest will not be able to make changes that are not sanctioned by NC Korea.
Nico, we will get next update this year - Tauti. Craft system will be more insane for general and blessed items)
Also in Glory Days update devteam have plans to rework all craft system. They will delete all old materials(thread, stone of purity etc). Add new resources and all NPC trader will have D-S80 Recipes on their trade lists)

He never specified what grade to begin with. I wasn't patronizing them. And I'm not a dude/man.
I left chronos because of not being able to log in...ever. Free transfer to a new server meant being able to log in. If you know anything about crafting in L2 in the past you KNOW it's Korean random luck and tons of mats which can lose in about 2 seconds :) Have fun kids

Go to Korea and complain there. NC NA does nothing to this game unless it's done in Korea. Crying here accomplishes nothing. Crafting is still easy compared to what it was in previous chronicles.
