New Blessed Scroll from event bugged

the scrolls that turn standard to blessed items are unable to work. When taken to the Blacksmith of mammon there is no dialogue to select in order to do the upgrade

Also if sace could let me know if the standard item can be upgraded to blessed if it has SA and augment on it, or if those have to be taken off first.

Talk to Blacksmith of Mammon and Select "Change Bound Items" to upgrade your weapon from standard to blessed.

A standard weapon that has SA can be upgraded with the Blessed Scroll. If you have any augments on the weapon it has to be removed before you can upgrade.
