I would suggest making mentees have penalty when they leave because many ppl take someone as mentor and when they hit 85 they leave they go to a friend and give him kai 2000+ coins for 86 and mentors stay with 7 days penalty. Or make penalty for every slot and not for all together. Example if i have 2 mentees and one free slot and one mentee leaves i can take another mentee and have penalty only for one of the 3 slots. Make this a little fair for mentors too.
why give a penalty at all ,you'v done a good job of mentoring some one and what do you get for helping some one get to 86, you get a 7 day penalty!!!, so why do it at all

+True u must change this "*****" now system Mentee can go to any1 Mentor for give him pentaly and dont get any pentaly for himselfs. Better if u wanna still make pentaly make 2days max for both not for only mentee.
I agree the system is very bad. Whether you remove the penalty, or at least give penalty to both parties. Some Mentees are hopping from mentor to mentor every time he gets disconnected, even if it is just for 10 minutes.
