Completed the form and they sent a confirmationemail with activation code.
I press the link and it says account activated without writing the code.
And as a result can't login ;/
I want that agathion though ;/
I put in the code and I have not received it yet. Is it going to be through the Dimensional Merchant or by Mail? Or do I need to send a support message to get my phoenix.

Go into your master account and click on "Apply In-Game Items" and then select the server/character.

Not that it's a huge deal but, when I went to select a character, it listed my toon's name several times along with other toons I had deleted a long time ago. I only had one toon on that account/server at the time and it listed SirElrohir several times. I will PM you a screenshot if you would like.
However, I was able to get the item just fine but there is clearly a bug with the toon selection dropdown.

Please do send a screenshot to me in PM about this, including the account name you saw this on. Thanks. :)

i always see my deleted chars there too with some dates in the end of deleted char example charname_123146_214617, some of them are without number
Doesn't seem like a date to me. It's more like a number that char gets when created. And char without number is the one that currently exists in your account.
First number is always the same, probably it is the number of your account and second number is unique for every deleted char.
I see that too btw.
