One guy was selling Power leveling for 2.5kk/h . His name is Sparkkk. I gave him 2.5kk as he wanted and he invited me to party. Then he exp-ed me 2-3 minutes and then he got dc. After he logged in back he invited me to party but after 2 minutes he kicked me from party and he invited his friend. But he didn't give me party again and he didn't give me my money back.. Make something about those liers and scammers... Please help me...

Scamming and lieing is allowed, you have to use your own common sense and judgement when dealing with other players. NC is not going to punish somebody because you were a dumb ***:)

Yeah don't be a moron. When you pay someone for buffs or power leveling you aren't promised anything. The GM will not do anything about it,you will not get your money back and that player will not be punished. Lesson learned now.

Well, take into notice that 2.5kk is not that much adena to be charged for PLVLing, and, giving it a positive balance to it, you could've been screwed for much MUCH money, or even your equipment, for you to learn the lesson: "SCAM IS NOT PENALIZED". So, you got a lesson from it, and you didnt lose that much adena :).

lol or the ones posing as people in your clan or their alts. I had that happen to me once. Someone started impersonating people in my clan a couple years ago. I'd get a pm asking me to mail them a weapon or adena when the real player was in vent,in clan chat or not even online lol.
Unfortunately, these kinds of scams are fairly common in Lineage II. However, we cannot assume responsibility for player-made agreements unless one of the players involved is using exploits, hacks, or cheats. This reminds me of the time when I was asked to drop my hammer in another player's clan hall. They picked it up and expelled me from the clan hall. The next day, the clan hall was up for auction and the clan was dissolved. True Story ;)

Well with mine, I kept putting my weapon in trade then "accidentally" cancelling. I did this until the dude wigged out and started cussing at me. Then I reported him for inappropriate language.

I did this a few times in the past, but I used top grade stuff and kept cancelling the trade. The person would generally get ****** and, like you said, start swearing an making an idiot out of himself.
Also funny, if he asks you to lend him your weapon. Tell him you have no Adena to remove the Augment, and ask him if he can lend you the money to remove it :P

You can scam him back ..just lvl to 85 in few days. Go aden and start shouting u want to sell mentee slot 85lvl 90% or sometning like that. W8 for him to inv you, then make him give you 20-30kk and leave him. That way it's much harder for him to swallow :) He gets 1 week penalty and you have 20kk :P Few friends got scamed that way, it's very productive :)
P.S My best scam was way back in C5 when in "random incl spoil" with 3 more friends, made a guy to drop his +6 Draconic Bow, telling him we just wanted to see how it looks dropped on the ground with the glow and went in the other side of the room. Of course you can guess what happened when he picked up "his" bow :D
Paying for Mentees is incentive for them to leave you, it's a dumb idea and I don't know why you think that would work. People are now charging for mentee slots. Why would they pay you, when they can probably level an alt mentee faster than the average lamer can level themselves, anyways.
