Hi, i have orc shaman 40 lv. i just like to know what is the best and fastest way to lvl up an ISS, what class to choose now, OL or WC.
I play mostly solo, will use Mentor bufs also.
What type of armor and weapons I must use if i choose OL or WC. Zones?
pls, focus your opinion on solo game and the fastest way to lvling..thanks
Honestly, the fastest way to get an Iss is not to choose a Prophet. But I see you have already done that, so congrats - orc mystics are probably the quickest-growing characters.
Soul Guard at lower Level (can drain tank bigger trains)
Arcane Power at higher Levels (more M.Atk)
Onslaught at 83
Also get seals, which are useful for leveling in places like ToI. Pull the room and just keep Silence and Winter on them. It's trivial.

If the goal is just to get an Iss then I would recommend rerolling as a Bladedancer before you get too much time invested. My reasons are below:
1. Dark Elves have the highest STR/INT of all the races. A BD is a strong solo class due to its high p.atk/m.atk, debuffs, and dances. It can kill and level fast on its own.
2. BDs use heavy armor and can handle stronger, higher xp mobs using just potions.
3. BDs are one of the most in demand classes for parties below level 85. You are more likely to get a party than a lot of other classes.
4. No need for a lot of buff support. You can go all the way to 85 with just adventure buffs, cocktails, and your own dances.
5. DE is an excellent race for an Iss. It's probably the best self leveler due to its better offensive stats.

This is a decent choice if and only if you're playing the Iss Enchanter as your main. If the OP is leveling up a boxed buffer Spectral Dancer is WAY worse than Dominator and Doom Cryer.

Dominators can wear Heavy Armor but they don't need it cause they have Soul Guard. They have Soul Cry, but they dont' need it because the MP drain mechanics for Orcs and their Steal Essence will outdamage most non-mage DDs without risk of dying (80% of the damage back as heals) or running out of mana (~10% of damage leeched as mana on every drain). They won't need it until 83+.
A Doom Cryer will solo circles around a BD. A Domi will solo circles around a Doom Cryer especially at 78+ and double especially at 83-85.
3. BDs are one of the most in demand classes for parties below level 85. You are more likely to get a party than a lot of other classes.
A Domi can level faster than a GC group soloing Sel Mahum with Onslaught of Pa'agrio. Probably 2x faster than the average GC group. More if they get 4-6 pads for themselves.

No one needs a lot of buff support with Mentor Buffs and 2 Hour Mentor Harmony. They can go to 85 with the same buff setup except they can also prophecy themselves while you'll be buying and using Drum Melody scrolls, and some of their prophecy buffs are arguably better for their class than Drum Melody (20% M.Crit dmg in Visions of P.Agrio, 30% Crit Avoidance, Magnus Chant with Clarity no Run Penalty and more M.Atk bonus, etc.).
5. DE is an excellent race for an Iss. It's probably the best self leveler due to its better offensive stats.
Just my opinion...
BD is worse than both WC and OL. Only a good race if you plan to main your iss enchanter due to the decent melee stats and Awakened racials. If you're only leveling a toon to buff your others, OL > WC and nothing else comes close, IMO.
