I making a new char, a Elf, a future Iss Enchanter... This is a support/assist class and i sure of the equiment to use... +Con Dyes, Heavy Armor (Defensive Type) and Dual Swords (Health SA)...
But a friend recomend me a +4 Tallum Blade*Dark Legion's Edge and I consider it quite reasonable, because the defensive bonuses that Dual Sword are higher than those of R-Dual Sword +Health SA (The 10% of HP lost is compensated with the +30% CP and +20% MP)... and the P.Atk dont affect that much to skill damage, also Iss Enchanter are not a main DPS class.
And this makes my question arises... What is the most recomended Element in this swords? Iss Enchanter skills not work in a particular element and Elves have a Water Blessing Racial...
There is no main enchant for the Iss class.
But, I'm used to add Holy on my weapows, because most of ppl use earth/wind/dark resist first. And holy as last.
The S grades duals arent a bad choice at all,the CP bonus is nice and for element Iss enchanters can have their skills enchanted for any element,so its up to you,have in mind that dark and earth are bad elements for pve lol.
Remember that there are element change stones so even if you decide to change from water to another element later on you can still do it without losing the element lvl.
