As far as i know it is russian project, owned by russians and they will website/forum in english as well to lure EU/USA players away from official servers!
They will also make rate system x10 and add few things such as auto loot for items etc!
If NCSOFT is gonna stand and watch all this happening then i have nothing to say :D

I don't see anything new here. Private servers always had rates higher than retail ones, and functions that retail will never have.

But 99% of private server have Java emulators to run so called Linage 2 servers, this one has real stuff leaked from NC, this should make NC Soft think about security flaws inside the company

It's not the first time this has happened, either.
If there is a problem with security then shove the blame on Innova as they control the Russian servers. NCEast does not have any control over whatever security measures Innova uses, and since the suposed files are Russian the problem does not lie with NCEast or NCwest.

the last 3 big updates GF, Freya & HI5 leaks came from Innova side and its really lol how the files got leaked from them
wouldnt be that much of a surprise if that GOD leak came from innova again from the same method

It always revolves around money. It's always Russian that get the leaked files, bring up a private server with donations, and shut it down once NCSoft get its eyes on them >.>;;
Russians have a bad rep for this sort of thing. Yes, it's quite possible someone from innova decided to pocket some cash for themselves by leaking this.
In eve-online the Russians are notorious for running isk selling operations & bots 24/7. They own a HUGE amount of territory & assets in that game. The Russian government purchased the majority of icelands debt, meaning CCP inc. have to turn a blind eye to it.
Private servers are generally better at detecting/removing bots, fixing exploits & holding events. The downside is they make a small fortune from selling pay to win items & there are cases of overnight wipes, corruption etc.. THe majority of players leave official around 85-86 when they feal the grind. So a private server with higher rates will do exceptionally well at luring these folks in, especially brazillians.
I suggest you wait for the server to be operational, create an account, document how you connected & give your login credentials to nc-soft support via email so they can login & see for themselves. This is how one was brought down.
First of all, files have been getting leaked for almost as long as the game has been out. Second, they are never complete and there are always bugs on private servers that make the retail issues look tame. Finally, extreme was run by a guy in the US and hosted someplace where they FBI could get a hold of the servers. Russian servers are virtually impervious to US authorities and courts and about the best NCSoft can hope for is that Innova won't take kindly to it and goes after it.

I would explain why this is but it's been explained to death.

Uch, I really hate to take NC's side in this, but your "advanced anti-bot system" is simply banning people without a thorough investigation. Oh, player X donated 20.000 rubel? He's obviously not a bot! Player Y is some guy I can't stand? Definetly a bot, ban him, da! They don't have ANY kind of obligation whatsoever to treat each player fairly.
This server will be overrun by bots soon enough, not the adena farmer kind, the demand for that is probably not big enough there, but the "I can't be arsed to farm/grind/actually play the dangnabbit game" kind.
It isn't the first private server, it wont be the last, nobody cares, the sky isn't falling.

You might be surprised. When a server yells "Authentic NCsoft files!" it gets noticed rather quickly and people go to try it just out of curiosity.
Retail L2 may be free, but the population has dropped steadily in the past few months. I would bet many went back to their crappy private servers where supposingly they have bot protection and crap like that.
The only 2 things i think people might find appealing about a private is that 1) its much easier to buy your way to the top,like admins selling fully enchanted stuff and boss jewels for 50 bucks and 2) that you can prolly dominate a server with a bunch of well geared newbies.I give you that surprisingly this servers might have a better bot patrol than retail(non paid fanatic GM's running around for the sake of being famous on their little world).

NCWest cannot do anything ( to game files ) that NCKorea doesnt alrdy do
Higher rates, pvp orientated. Unless its a java server which no matter how "Advanced" sucks really bad. Donate to win literally, the gm's in all those places are friends and friends of friends.
I rather stick to retail F2P. Game is much better than it was before with GoD even if less diverse.

With so many better games out there L2 isn`t a choice anymore for anyone, regardless of free to pay. I wouldn`t immagine anyone sane still playing this game. I left L2 3 times: once for WoW, once for SW:ToR and last time for TERA. And i wasn`t playing L2 because i was enjoying it, i was playing the crappy game because either I was waiting for a new series of beta, a new release to try or simply because I was getting bored of playing LoL (yes, i find LoL more entertaining than buggy/laggy/missfunctional L2).
I suggest you all get out of your boxes and try something else. You`re like old ppl stubborn to drive their 70s Ford instead of getting a cheaper to maintain and more beautiful and reliable/safe car(Mustang is exception to the rule!). Sad to see ppl these days doing things like this.

L2 wil always have a strong playerbase, nothing is going to change that and the reason they still have the amount of players they do is because it's free to play. L2 is a unique game, different from the common WASD types games even if it's gotten easier with each new Chronical. It used to be it was their open world PvP that was unique, but now Tera Onine has open world PvP as well on it's 4 PvP servers.
I will always enjoy L2 even though I do not play on these servers anymore; I bounce between Korean L2 servers and Tera Online. NCWest would still have good players had they not been lacking in managment. As far as I am concerned NCWest destroyed L2 for me, Korean L2 servers and Tera Online are so superior you cannot even compare the two.

get out of your box, just because you dont like a game doesnt mean everyone else has to dislike it too. lol at the car comparison, its like saying movies made nowadays are better because they in 3D or HD. its about the content and not the graphics or the appearance or why did you return 3 times to lineage 2?

Many older movies get remastered in HD and now some are being remade to 3D.

You're basically saying I don't want to get an iPhone/Droid because with my box Nokia 6160 I can play snake. It's about the content and not the graphics.

my mobile phone still works, i can call and receive calls, and thats what i bought it for. if i wanted a mobile game machine i would go sony or nintendo.
sure now i would get a smartphone, but im still satisfied with my old box.
or do you buy every new graphic card for best graphics ingame?
Well if my issue with being falsely accused of participating in illegal real money tranactions is not rectified then I will definately check out the private servers.
