I did vote to no. This would really unbalanced the game. I guess most of the players who play here able to pay for the game but from most of them can't wait that pay more than 20-30 dollars in a month for NCoin.
If we watch an average person who play with the Lineage 2 can spend to the game in a month 5-80 dollars. But most of them spend for the game 20-30 dollars. Just those spend higher than 30 dollar to the game, while the bigger Lineage 2 fans spend about 60 dollar too to the Lineage 2 in a month.
But I guess the 95% of the players doesn't pay more than this 60-65 dollar for the game.
So if the Mr. Bankcards would get this 100% xp stuff the hardcore players also wouldn't able to race with them to get the higher levels etc at earlier!
If the NC want money from Rune of XP item than the next idea would be the fair
Rune of XP 50% - 500NCoins (7days)
Rune of XP 100% - 1000NCoins (7days)
at this situation I would vote maybe with yes but until no.
