I want enough XP Bottle Agathions to make up the promised 500m exp per scroll. I've bought it because of the 500m exp on my Dual Class sub, not to have 100m exp and still end up having to manually exp in non-existing parties on overpopulated daily-quest botfarmed locations.

So even though it says "10 Hour" it lasts, mana, instead of time. Do the "30 hour" agathions have three times the mana? If it is intended to last 10 hours and consumes 1 mp/min + 10 to unseal does it start with 610 mp? But who plays for ten hours straight? If you played for five two-hour stints that would be fifty mp for five unsealings plus 600 for the time it is meant to last.

All sales have limits and are controlled. I'm a always trying to use more than one coupon for an item if I can. Grocery store has a coupon for an item and then the manufacturer usually has one and I can use both on that item and get it dirt cheap. This however does not apply here.
As for whether it's worth it or not is if you can maximize the collection of bottles. I'm not buying the agthions personally because I don't play enough in areas to maximize the bottles earned. soloing in won't get me very many so for me it's not worth it. If you have a constant party arrangement in a 90+ area you'd do well with the bottles and it would be worth it for you. Think about how the event works, how you play and whether or not it's important to you. To me it's not I play casually and prefer events that are totally free to participate in like the letter event. :)

you get compensated, wich they didnt have to do at all...
the description was clear, 100 mill on sub and 500 mill on dual class at 85, thats how i read it atleast..
event is translated from korean so maybe they forgot or misstranslated something, but in doubt, go visit the friggin NPC, do some research on ur own and dont expect to get tea-spoon fed all the time..

If you could get the one billion xp or ten bottles in a decent enough time. Then the 500kk you get from the scroll is decent. Almost going back to the Nevits daily buff which added 50% after all other calculations.
I have never used the 50% 85+ xp rune yet. Does it add 50% after all calculations 200 + 10 = 210 * 1.5 = 315%? or just add 50% + 200% vit + 10% mentee = 260%

And I am wondering, do you buy from internet? Because if you do... after you see a promo, do you physically go to the store to see if the promo onsite is the same than the promo you are purchasing online ? With that kind of mentality web shopping never have worked......
ps: Just to be 100% clear....why should i bother to get ingame and do ingame research something that is being sold on a website and i can purchase without the need to get ingame?

Nice feedback from NCSoft, indeed. Once i start using the bottle i saw the mana going down fast and i realized the 5mp thing was wrong. Give a free agathion is indeed a good solution for this problem.

This problem is really annoying... once i traded my first 10 bottles expectin boost my dual, i got the XP scroll saying that only dual +85 would get 500m xp... this was soooo damm frustrating. PLUS, not only that, but in the subclass 76+ ! I really dont remember about this limit too on any place, gallery, in game, etc !
I bought 2 bottles, 1 for main and 1 for alt... to alt, boost lowbie sub, main, boost dual... so now, cant use XP scroll to boost my lowbie subs on alt and even boost decently the dual class below 85 ://////

It's not calculated off gained xp. It adds to your vitality Nevits under lvl 85 stacks with runes.
As for the bottle agathion I wouldn't buy like I said before. The only thing people read was "XP Bottle" and "XP scroll" and went "ZOMG I NEED THAT"
I bought the 20-Hour one. It came with 1200/1200 mana
(1 mana/minute, 1200 min = 20 Hours)
Every minute you have it equipped, 1 mana is consumed. Problem is, each time you unseal, it takes 10 mana (minutes) off the timer. To answer a previous post, there is no bonus mana given for unsealing. 600/1200/1800 mana is all you will get.
You need to weigh how often you get into high-intensity exp runs -- with people or solo -- it doesn't matter. Only think exp/minute. For example, when i go to Kartia solo, i only take out the agathion out and unseal it when the boss is almost dead. The other mobs don't give exp. However, if I'm going from there to group Kartia quickly, then I leave it on, because otherwise I'll lose 10 more minutes...
I'm 87, and I have received only 20 XP bottles, with around 800 Mana left. If the Nursery timer was still low or If I could keep a nonstop party to GoG, etc, it would be much more useful.
What I hate, is that you 'lose' the extra bottles you would've gotten when you kill boss mobs and get more than 100kk exp. (Kartia Boss, lol)
I could get technical and complain that there should be some way to see how much accumulated exp you have toward the next bottle, so you don't remove it at, say, 90kk, and lose the accumulation when you unseal it next time. But I won't rant about it.

the NPC yes and I remember the day GoD launched i awake and got all new sub skills, but the xp bottle option is new. I dont remember thread or official site they saying will not be removed.

The Agathion and NPC won't be removed in-game. The sale of this item is only available for two weeks (May 9 - May 23).
i know my agathion was bugged time wise, but are the new onces fixed? or dissapear just as quick? just wondering cus last time i lost it **** quick cus of my own dumb moves using it pretty much everywhere thinking it would last a good 10h :P
There was a localization issue with the text on the release seal skill, so the correct amount was actually 10 not 5. There will not be any changes to the consumption rate, but the text on the skill will be fixed.

If it will get fixed to 500kk for Dualclass pre85 i would buy it. And i am pretty sure a lot more will buy it then.
500kk at 85+ isn't that big deal.
Especially not if it is a Dualclass which means you mostly have the gear/good ways to boost a 85+ sub.
I still haven't got ANYTHING for buying an item that was misadvertised because they had wrong event text on website.

No compensation for everybody that bought the XP Bottle Agathion before you guys changed the text on the website that the Dual Class had to be 85 or higher to get the 500m exp. Better come up with a good compensation for me and many others having this issuee.

Before you dare to post again you should be sure to have all infos, lol.
The "2nd Agathion" is the compensation about the 10 mana consumption instead of 5 as they wrote.
The MISSING compensation which Illogical demands (and i totally agree with him) is this:
Original: "Dualclass gets 500kk XP, sub 100kk"
CHANGED: "Dualclass which is 85+ and awakend will get 500kk XP"
But most ppl catched the Agathion to boost their lvl 80 dualclass to 85 via these Bottles.
So the 5x rate is something NCWest has to give in my eyes.
Everything else is a betrayal to their customers (which they want to buy future stuff also)
So farm the scrolls now, and save them for when you are actually awakened on the sub.
Lets not try to fool anyone that lvling from 80-85 takes very long when you have actual friends/boxed iss that can kill in any awakened area with you in party.
Tho 500kk at 85++ aren't such a big deal anymore.
And most just want it to be able to xp in the awakened spots with the clan/lowbies. Also getting a party at 85+ is easier to get as at 80-85.
Ofc 80-85 will be a fast run pwlvling in swamp/soa/whatever, tho it would be faster using 500kk XP scrolls which NCWest said to be able to.
Given how easy it is to powerlvl a toon from 80-85, I think I would rather use the bottles to get from 85 to 86 faster, since 85's still have a few dmg penalty areas still, like Kartia/Swamp etc.
But hey, some ppl probably will want to waste them rather than just easy grind a bit lol.
Even at 85 Kartia solo/group isn't hard (unless you walk with Dynasty into it) And 85-86 in a SoA Party goes fast too.
The main key is that you can party at 85 in harnak/soa etc. while you want to pwlvl your 80/81 Dualslcass as fast as you can being mostly solo with your own pwlvling char.
But that's just the different opinions when to use the bottles.
Still it was a wrong describtion of NCWest which surely led some players to buy the Agathion, which they wouldn't have for only 100kk XP.
If a company does a misstake it isn't smart to let the customer pay for.
Unhappy/cheated customers mostly won't buy anymore stuff or will think twice before they buy something again.
Sorry, but unless the person is in same clan as me, there is no way 85-86 is getting into a soa group lol. Party match has the option to enter a lvl limit to enter the room, use it.
I have all my 'infos,' and I still think x2 is enough compensation for the mixup.
Hello? I bought a 20-hour to exp my sub that is below 85 too.
I would benefit from any further compensation as well, but I think double agathion is enough.
And FYI, all people SHOULD think twice, maybe three times, and maybe read other people's reaction on the forum, before they buy any new L2 Marketplace item from now on.

After the new maint it start work like the begining wasting 1 for using+10 for sumuning can re-fix it again plz for 1+5?
By design, the item does use 10 mana upon equipping. The error is that the description says it uses 5, and that error will unfortunately not be fixed until later. This is why there are announces in-game, on the website, and on the forums notifying players of this mistake in the description so they know what the conditions are on the item.
