Dark Elf is the best race of the ones that can go Wynn. Race matters. Stats and Racials matter. Summoner servitors scale a lot off of the stats of the Summoner.

I had thought stats were basic at 85 for each class seeing all the skills are replaced. Interesting tid bit for the the day.
But what stats make a DE better than a Kamael cause they aren't bad either.
In the end at 85 a Wynn Summoner is the same as any, no matter the race.
Not really , now the class are just 8 , same skills active or passive , but not at all. some of them still have some skill who can be usefull after awake , and , them basic stats are different , and so do them racial skills , each class is close to the same now , but not at 100% , so you should do the summoner how you like the most :P
