more noob feoh question

after a few group karita with mentor exp, now my noob feoh is 86. He has 99 int (from +3 dye), +4 apo caster, and immortal nuker set, and +6 power shirt (no reflected in the +99 int), however, fully buffed (lvl 1 iss buff), his matk is only 13.3k. Yet my 85 wiz friend with 96 int and +0 weapon has 15k matk. What is wrong with my orc nuker? ty

no. neither of us was in party. Any other 85-87 poeh out there? what is your buffed/unbuffed matk? thanks

clan skills, even if your in same clan he can still have diff clan skills then you unless you are in the same squad in the same clan
