Already saw many dead people including me in TOI by some high level person,he just killed us with 1 hit...
If the server tolerate persons doing this,I want to know now,not to wasting my time in the future!
Is not so funny,when you waste 1 hour to find a party and some bored "smart" called Gurnnink person to kill you and more 10 people just like that,until you're walking...
Many friends recommended that game to me and I was happy to start playing it for the first time last month. I was killed more than 7 times without any reason while doing quests. The last time was 15 minutes ago by the same guy you mentioned Gurnnick. I started to worry if this is the way tolerated to play Lineage II Goddess of Destruction?
His punishment is his name is red and can not lvl that toon anymore. And yes it is allowed in this game, has been allowed since 2004. Just keep grinding and sooner or later you'll be high enough they won't mess with you. And you'll be able to hunt the reds in ToI if you wish.
This game has always been about pvp...get used to it now or find other game to play cuz PVP will nvr stop in L2. As a matter of fact...PVP is encouraged
Its only cause PKs get listed in museum stats and the one that get first place get a statue in town..
There wasnt any Active PKers before GD, where this system got introduced
After a while, you learn where all the hot PK spots are and avoid them. After you reach Awakening, you don't really see them because they stay at level 86. Don't bother trying to hunt them down because they never drop anything good because they run with the free R Grade gear they get when they turn in the mentee scrolls. You might get a chance to get a green name but that's about it. Just level yourself and don't let them get you down about the game.

The game always had it's share of PKers, maybe not as many but there were many popular PK spots like Cruma Tower, Execution Grounds, LoA and Fields of Massacre. I always spotted red players in these areas most of the time, either hunting players or working off PK's.

You are asking if "the server" tolerates this, what do you mean by that?
The players on the server? If yes, which server?
Also, stop wasting hours looking for parties, join an active clan.
