1) Can i change my skills Wizard's Spirit + Double Casting and get again Arcane Power + Empowering Echo? I dont know is that is reversible.

3) If i have Wind atributtes 10 as Dark elf, i have to put wind atribute in my weapon and uses only wind attacks with my feoh, or can i put fire attack for exemple, and uses fire attacks?
1) No you cant. If you got them already thats bad news for you then.
2) Some passive skills you can enchant at the beggining. For me the most useful to enchant is superior robe mastery . When you click on the enchant button your choices will be lit, while the rest will grey out.

Quite a few using wind stance for push back effect, since it's not debuff type and has much bigger chance to actually work, unlike other debuff types, such as fear etc.

The point was that there are not many mobs with wind resist. If mages could, they would all go holy, since there's no holy resistant mobs at all, but the next elements mobs carry less resist agaisnt is wind and fire and most wizards are dark elf with empower echo..with wind passive, just make the math. :)
Using wind as element is not because of mobs weakness or resists :p but because of the debuff it makes,read all elements debuffs and decide which will serve better in pve and pvp,i took wind and never regret it.

If all those earth mobs, teredor, soa mobs, swamp, spezion, were all with 300+ wind defense, you'd see more fire and earth. It's not hard to carry a element till 95+ and then change to the one you want.

Change at 95 for what? Currently im running with 300 wind but about to purchase specter staff and have no idea what to put on it. Really like wind, but kartia mobs are resistant to wind, no sure about other mobs anymore.
