Yul Archer skills bugged

Howdy, I got an issue with 2 skills that from a while are not working as intended, Flash and Quick charge.
Flash is deselecting my target http://youtu.be/BP0YWb6COeM?hd=1

and Quick Charge is temporary rolling me back some times http://youtu.be/hFWwEo3cP1g?hd=1 ...very unpleasing when I got a train of mobs behind me.

Do and other yul archers out there experience the same issues, or is just my l2 client *****?

Yes very annoying problems, you cant even use quick evasion while not o na flat surface, while mages can teleport whenever they want.

You actually lose target twice for flash: when the skill activates, and again when it ends 5 seconds later.

Same thing happens with dispartition which is pretty crap. Except for that one, you cant even see that you have a target selected while its in effect.

...not to mention that the +50 speed increase doesn't work either.

Also can i ask if the bullseye and the slow are supposed to go off so fast.These skills seem to break like stun does with dmg, is this right???
