There is a problem AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN with nothing absolutly NOTHING from this company.Do you even give a ---- at all? or is it just a job to you?So one of the few times I have to actually play a good few hours I want to use potions and xp pots and I cannot. The Goal is for you to make the game so we spend more than we ever did before and when we do you still find ways to f us up. Really should just have a return purchase option. Well i had to write to the support everytime when i purchased coins on my mainaccount, 9/9 times the coins didn't went to my account or wasn't showed correctly. Even better i purchased 8k coins, i got the "reward" for purchasing 8k (aghathion/baium ring...) but not the 8k coins xD
but on the other hand my second account, i also used the same paypal account for, got the coins everytime few hours later without writing to the support o.o
The delay for the coins was often annoying, since i often missed special purchase periods. Since the coins came one or two or even three days to late, even i ordered them in time >_>
But still, no reason to rage so much on Nc o.o
it's annoying but not really worth to rage about it, i mean everytime i had problems with the coins, the Support dealed the problem 1 or 2 days later.
In my point of view that is a good service and they was even friendly and polite after the 9th replay on one mail. So yes, they take the money, sometimes a bug happens but they assist the victims, so calm down bro, everything is allright.
It seems the NCoin "pending" issue was resolved around midnight last night Seattle time (roughly 10 hours ago). All users that have been affected by this issue and whose NCoin purchases are still pending should be resolved today, as the pending amounts are pushing forward to accounts that had made the purchases. If tomorrow you are still seeing a "pending" status for a NCoin purchase made in the past two days, please contact the support team. I'll will post again once I have news about possible compensation for the inconvenience this issue has caused.
