As you know, the Goddess of Destruction: Tauti update is our next big game update on the way. With this update, the Territory War system will be removed from the game. Some folks may be wondering what will happen with Territory War badges and quests, so here's the answers we have for you so far:
As the Territory War NPCs will leave with the game update, you must claim your Territory War badges from them before the Tauti update maintenance begins.
Territory War badges (the item) will not be removed from the game.
After the update is launched, you will still be able to spend them in two places:
Aden Reconstruction NPC, for a treasure chest.
News Informer, who will act as a Territory War exchange NPC for as long as he’s in the game.
Unfinished Territory War quests can be turned in for rewards to the News Informer.
We are still checking on if you will also be able to claim Noblesse status from the News Informer as well, or not. We'll post and update when it is confirmed.
Currently it’s expected the News Informer will stay in game for 1 month after the Tauti update is launched; we’ll be able to post specific details when the final patch notes are released, and we’ll also be able to give you the Tauti launch date in the future. Stay tuned. :)
By the way you presented things, I guess we can brace yourself and lost all hope about having a PTS for the Tauti Update ? If yes, why it has been stopped ?
May be you should do a warning about non-awakened and awakened dyes being canceled upon update due to cahnge in the dye system too ? just a hint ;)

Do you realize that such issues as TW quests require from players many weeks and sometimes months of coordinated efforts? How are we supposed to do long-term planning, considering your usual practice of not informing the community in time?

Unfortunately it's never possible to know if things will go wrong. We currently have an internal target launch date, and the closer we get to it with no issues, the more reliable that date will become. We are aware of the necessity to announce ahead of time when the last Territory Wars will be for each server, and we plan to announce that as soon as possible. The example of "announcing launch date 1 week before launch" occurred with the Harmony update, which did not remove or alter any major game systems like Tauti will.

All TW jewel that you buy from NPC stay ingame.
In Tauti you will get new jewelry which is similar to old TW jewelry and all other rewards from TW through Festival of Chaos(Altar of Chaos, Ceremony of Chaos....).
how long out are we talking about for Tauti? 1 month? 2 months? more?

The Othell changes are in the Harmony+ update. I saw it in the Korean L2 website some time ago, I'll see if I can get the link again and I'll edit this post.

I was planning to complete my nobless quest by collecting tw badges which now I have only 13. It looks like that I won't be able to collect all of them till this launch since I need 100, and after one tw I can maximum get 13 if I am not attacking anyone (but I'm only lvl 80, so it is pretty impossible to kill anyone).

For noble aquisition after Tauti, the noble status can obtained only by quest or the game will share a new system to get nobless?
In this chronicle 90% of players get noble + subclass by territorial wars.

Currently, I've got a Caradine's Letter for the last quest in my inventory, but in the case I couldn't reach lv 75 on sub before Tauti, will I be safe or forced to complete the previous 3 quests once again?

Generally any quests removed in a game update can still be completed by speaking to the News Informer while that NPC is in-game for about a month after the update. Once we reach that phase of testing we'll be able to confirm all the details about TW badges, TW quests, the Noblesse quest, and other major quests that will change with the update.

For example:
I don't need a Tauti jewel 20% resist & attack shock bonus
but
a 20% resist shock, 20% attack mental bonus
I want my Aden badges from Yesterdays TW, the NPC refuse to give me any quest reward while my whole clan was signed Aden and my party killed plenty of other TW signed ppl..
can sent a screenshot of my dialog with the Dion NPC who clearly states that I'm signed Aden..
btw if the /gm function only works ingame during office work hours please make that clear, including a process of how to log issues outside such hours..
