Light armor on Aore Healer...again???

I just want to know how can Aore Healers use light armor set again? I saw healers with light armor and 1999 casting speed at level 86!
I remember that ncsoft fixed this bug some month ago....

many healers outthere use heavy sets and they heal "normally"

I have +6 light armor set (event), this give some more pdef / mdef.
PvE skills like chain life (omg this is old skill name! i don't remember the current name), Balance Heal and Rebirth have fixed cooldown / cast speed.

healers have light armor mastery..

apparently the "bug" only get fixed when u log out, so if u awaken on a wednesday you can have good cast spd until u dc

I know Healer with the old light armor mastery and 1999 casting speed and the "bug" still works even after log out.
