Some players think that the pvp in lineage 2 sucks, and that the game should be limited to pve only. Others however enjoy the freedom of "flag based pvp" and the ability to war and kill people on sight. Especially ones that cause tension/grief with other players. If someone bugs you enough you can always pk them.

No, this one is the "griefer PvP" type.
I enjoy:
Territory wars, group pvp, wars, killing xpers that are "warred" with you, or just purely people I don't like...
I will train your group with mobs if you offend my friends or I, and I enjoy it!
Acting like a lower level member, getting someone to flag on you, then killing them is what I define "griefing" as... Example: (90+ awakened running around in RoD for pvp)
Pking is a game mechanic the makers of the game put in place, I embrace it and support it fully.

Well, I agree to a certain extent... that some players use programs to help them gain an advantage... BUT it's not just about click and assist anymore. They have designed some game mechanics now that require you to be a little smarter on who your hitting. Even if your assisting the person your assisting better know who to target :P You can still drop someone using programs, just have to outsmart the program AND the user. :)

haha, I dont know. Im not claiming that's all you have to do, were just some examples of possible scenarios you might use to your advantage in thwarting some un-legit players. I prefer to remain an optimist and wherever there is shadyness and cheatin, instead of qqing about it to look for solutions! If you can find a loophole in the programs they use, then mabey you have an advantage that the user your fighting doesnt have. Not saying it's going to be easy, or even possible, but I wouldn't vote the cause a useless/pointless one. Level 99's using bots aren't gods, they are just very tough raidbosses :P.

Don't care to much about others botting, because I'll catch up eventually in lvl.
I like PvP. I attack whenever I hold the advantage and flee whenever I can, like the other 99% of the server. Serious it makes the game more interesting when I'm watching for tags and reds.
