You have to be smart and hardworking and dedicate yourself to this game to have adena. I'm sorry, but just the way it is. If you a casual player you will be poor forever.
1) hardworking players look for other hardworking players to make constant parties (as long as you don't have a greedy leader) the group then shares the drops from these raid bosses (a few istina jewel drops = everyone becomes richer than most of server (the lazy ones))
2) hardworking players have dwarf shops
3) hardworking players farm stuff (live non-botting) and sell them
4) hardworking player play this game way too much
5) hardworking players spend their money on vit items to increase nice drops
6) hardworking players don't complain about no adena
7) you need to become a hardworking player to have adena else you will be poor forever!
8) hardworking players (girls) figure out they can work less hard in game if they work hard in bed with a hardworking player in game
9) pm me if you want to be a hardworking player in bed o.O
Sadly, it has only worked for one girl I know. The other girls I know who tried it sadly realized they picked a guy who was as lazy in life as in l2 so he not only had no money, but also no adena.

I'm very corious about that too... where can i read more about that? it is true that having vitality u get more drops?
and btw since there is a rune 50/100/200% exp if there is any chance to get an agathion to get 50% more chance of drop? this could be a good suggestion
You do not have to be a "hardworking" player to make adena in this game. Maybe if you want to make stupid amounts of adena...
Being a casual player does not mean you will be poor. You can't play the market the same way as you did in past (although there are sstill deals to be had for those with a quick eye and are willing to take on some market risk), but there are new ways to make a quick buck. For example, 3 different daily quests on 3 of my characters every day, and bam, there's 27.5 million a week. Right, not stupid amounts of wealth, but its pretty darn easy to do and it doesn't take a hell of a lot of time (about an hour or so a day tops).
Anyway, point is, you don't need to be a slave to the game to create wealth.
It's not about being hardworking, it's about working smart. Which, [ahem] you seem to lack with that kind of post.

Before lvl 90 u have to think a bit, but the easiest way is to buy cheap things and sell them for more money. Mine example from last week - I got specter shaper for 250kk and sold it for 350kk next day. :D
Also U want to exploit every event (which in this case makes you to do a bit of hard working) I know a guy who earned over 1kkk on letters event by selling words.
Than after lvl 90 everything is easier, Last weekend in 28 minutes of Istina I earned 915kk (got unbind 95 from box and 400kk share from epic) and on the top of that I got 5,4kkk of exp :D.
