This is the last week that the Nevit's Herald NPC (http://www.lineage2.com/en/news/events/8th-anniversary-celebration.php#SettingStage3) can be found in all major towns. She offers a revamped Fall of the Dragon buff: for 1 hour, your XP gain is doubled. Note that this effect stacks with everything except for Nevit's Hourglasses effects, which it overwrites.
Btw do we get any change to the max instances for Kartia 90?
Yesterday Kartia 90 been full again for ~ 2hours during the peak times.
And i am sure that today after the maintenance it will be impossible again to enter till the night hours...
Disable the kartia passes and the problem is solved
that would hurt their sales.. also it's not that hard to increase the amount of instances.. worst thing that can happen is that the server may crash due to insane overload :P
Naia was at Hvy traffic yesterday.

There is a problem with clan wars on Magmeld: some get cancelled/disappeared, others has finished before they should, and if i try to declare war again I get no message.

If you send a ticket to the account support team (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) they can help you figure out what happened or what was misunderstood.

Well, going back and looking at transactions and the ticket I had open with the GMstaff at the time I can tell you that those times are wrong. The issue started on the 15th and the GM confirmed the issue before the times you posted. I will create a ticket with the support team but I imagine plenty of people who should have received compensation have been excluded.
im disappointed, i bought on 16th may ncoins (1600 in 2 transactions), i got them after 3 days cos of the issue with ncoins and now i went to check for the compensation and what i see? who bought ncoins 30 mins later then me will get a compensation. wtf, i bought 30 mins before 'the time' and i waited 2/3 days like all others, but nothing?nice. i sent also 2 tickets when i bought them. really nice.

I can't look into this personally but the account support team may be able to help or at least clarify the cut-off time and clear up any confusion. Please send them a support ticket.
Regarding the NCoin issue compensation, it took some extra time for the all the compensation items to be delivered and the delivery process was only completed in the last hour. Therefore if you checked your account earlier and did not have compensation but had expected it, please check again to see if you've received it yet.
Why was the nevit buff nerfed?
It no longer works on raids like Istina.
I do not believe it was changed in anyway, and there were virtually no changes to the client or server with this update that could have affected it.

Don't be raging on the forum mods for tech support for NC accounts or in game. It's not their area! You have to send a ticket to support from your NC account. Retail does not function like private server forums. The mods here have no power to fix your issue although they try to help you in the right direction. Tell support don't blow up the forums it won't help you.
And Powershirts Sace??? There are too many posts that wants buy this item. And L2 Galleria Suggestions has too many petitions.

Because that promotion is over for now. I'm sure it'll be considered in the future to make it's return. Plus they just wrapped up the 8th anniversary month long events so it's probably not at the top of the list as far as events are concerned.

I can confirm last week it was working for Istina, Fortuna and Spezion raid bosses.
Today it did not apply to the Istina raid or the Fortuna raids and this was reflected in the amount of 'Bonus XP' shown in the chatlog. No players Died or disconnected.
It is possible the mentee buff did not apply either due to only getting 2.9billion xp from Istina compared to the usual 3.2billion before maint. I cannot confirm this though as it is only a small difference that could be attributed to party members levels or some other modifier. As I had a 50% xp rune at the time of the raid I could not give an accurate response on the mentee bonus.
Ye also worked for me last night on Naia.
Around 5,4b xp with normal Vit + 50% Rune + Nevits from Herald.
Kartia also been the same XP as last week.
Just havent rly watched the Fortuna xp, but guess it was working too.
Sace could you post in the future Maintenance threads if it will need an update or not? Im lazy and rebooting and restarting 3 games and closing all the nonsense like party match for no reason is annoying :o
